Sorry my website hasn't been updated for some time. I got married in 2007 to Kami Kalsi, a bodybuilder from Bradford, and we had a baby girl (Anjali) on March 30th 2008. We opened our own gym - Enterprise Health and Fitness- in Kirkintilloch, Scotland, two months later.

I have finally made the decision to apply for my IFBB Pro card and am hoping to make my Pro debut at the Dutch Grand Prix in October 2006.
Prior to that I will be guesting at the UKBFF North East championships in Pudsey, September 10th (Promoter, Weider Publishing tel: 01423 504 516) UKBFF North East
I am proud to announce two new sponsors. The first is my new gym Monster Gym in Cheshunt, Herts (01992 637 999). This is a FANTASTIC facility the best I have ever seen, I can also offer personal training there so anyone wishing to can contact the gym for details.

Hi everyone!
It may seem that I had been lying low in 2005, but I was saving it up for the big one, the UKBFF British Championships (the new name for the EFBB). With a new routine and a new look, it was worth the wait - I won! (Take a look at the new galleries for photos.) It was a fantastic day and I�d like to thank everyone who believed in me and encouraged me.
A special mention is due for Carl for keeping me going during the diet, and also to my mum, who didn�t know the right words to say, but said the right thing anyway.
Much appreciation also to my sponsors Muscle Finesse for their continued support.(Buy your supplements from www.musclefinesse.com guys and girls!) Thanks also to John Plummer from Flex magazine for twisting my arm into sticking with the fitness category.
Next stop for me will be the IFBB Europeans in spring 2006, before I make a decision on applying for my Pro card.
This year I also helped Nicola Burrows train and diet her way to 2nd place in the BNBF central championships, and 3rd place in the BNBF British finals. Well done Nikki!
